WE HIRE ONLY THE BEST
We only hire consultants who have the ambition to constantly learn and who have a thirst for innovation. We have a term for these people: SWANs. What is a SWAN? It's someone who is Smart, who Works Hard, who is Ambitious and who is Nice. This may sound "warm and fuzzy," but it makes a huge difference when it comes to putting together a team that knows how to listen, adapt to your needs and work through the most difficult challenges with a positive attitude.
TRAINING: CRITICAL TO OUR SUCCESS
ALMLogix puts aside an extensive budget for training and certification programs. We target three weeks of training per consultant every year. Practice architects in each of our offices arrange for seminars and brown bag lunches to keep our consultants on the leading edge of new technologies their application. Continual on-the-job code and process reviews keep the learning relevant.
KEEPING OUR TEAMS FOCUSED
We assign small, high-performance teams of rigorously trained professionals to execute our client's vision. By keeping our teams focused on moving through well-defined project timetables, we achieve a higher client and consultant satisfaction level. We avoid "burn out" that is associated with the sluggish large consulting group model that requires consultants stay on projects that are not technologically challenging for prolonged periods.
WE JEALOUSLY GUARD OUR CULTURE
A large percentage of our consultants are referred by other consultants, which means our people have a direct hand in determining the quality of their working environment. As a collaborative integrator, ALMLogix must have the skills to listen and adapt to our clients' needs. To do this, ALMLogix brings together your people with ours to form a collaborative team -- we don't impose a rigid methodology on you. We use facilitated sessions to make sure that we understand exactly what you need. ALMLogix values explicitly exclude arrogance. This aspect of our culture is hard to quantify, but you'll notice the difference immediately when working with our people.
ONGOING EVALUATION
To ensure that our results exceed our clients' expectations, we engage an independent firm to survey our clients on a quarterly basis. The detailed and summary results of this confidential survey are used within ALMLogix to ensure that we constantly improve a client's level of satisfaction with the solutions we provide. We consider client satisfaction so essential to our success, our consultants' bonus plans are closely linked to the quality assurance survey results.
ALMLogix consultants are evaluated on a quarterly basis to ensure they are getting the right training and that they are serving our clients. These evaluation practices also apply to our managers: 50% of their bonus is based on the basis of independently administered employee and client satisfaction surveys. And, by the way, we will be asking you to evaluate us -- during and after our engagement with you -- and to serve as a reference for us.
