HOSTING Disclaimer:
We provide the running working servers online. We are not responsible for taking a complete and running copy of Web site files as backup on a remote system. Here we are not responsible for any Missing files, information or data, as we already provided complete access to your root account. Our backup procedures are for backing up our system configurations, Servers, e-Mails and databases and we are not offering any backups of client Web sites / Portals..

SPAM Policy:

Here if we found any sending activity of Unsolicited/Junk e-mail, mass emailing, and spaming etc. In this activity involved account(s) are be terminated without notice. We also reserves the right to add/update/delete any modifications in an emergency at our sole discretion for servers safety or any other reason.

Payment Information:

Here you agree to pay committed payment(s) for the services provided by us, in advance for the mentioned time period off services are provided. Clients are not allowed to do these:

1- Usage of 15% or more of CPU/Memory resources for longer period then 30 seconds. These issues normally occurred due to misuse of CGI scripts, FTP, PHP, HTTP, any SERVER/CLIENT scripting.

2- Real time chat application are not allowed if they require server resources. 

3- Usage of stand alone, unattended/useless server-side processes/threads on the server.
